To achieve this the following services are available, all conducted by our consultants who are living locally.

  1. Orientation: An introduction to suitable locations, including schools, transportation and local amenities.
  2. Home Search: Once the preferred location is selected, locators will conduct the property search. With 35 years experience we are well- equipped to secure properties that meet individual and family needs, including guidance with the lease.
  3. Settling in: Moving from one1s comfort zone to a new environment, and possibly different culture, can be a stressful experience and may cause reluctance to relocate. Locators alleviates this anxiety by providing a friendly face and a sympathetic attitude, addressing individual concerns throughout the transition.

Case study 1

Following an initial virtual introductory call, we arranged an orientation day-commonly referred to as a “look-see” visit. This gave the assignee an opportunity to explore various neighbourhoods while assessing key factors such as local amenities, transportation links, housing types, and schooling options.

After the visit, our local consultant provided a tailored selection of property recommendations based on the assignee’s specific preferences and needs. Once feedback was received, viewings were arranged. In cases where the assignee was unavailable to attend in person, virtual tours were conducted by the consultant to ensure a comprehensive experience.

Thanks to strong partnerships developed over more than 30 years, we were able to register the assignee’s requirements early with trusted agents, ensuring timely access to suitable properties.

Once a property was selected, we supported the lease review and negotiation process, ensuring clarity and favourable terms. We also provided hands-on assistance during the move-in process to ensure everything went smoothly.

Following the move, our settling-in service covered a wide range of practical matters, including:
