There are just two weeks to go until the MaaS Scotland Annual Conference and Dinner 2026, taking place on Thursday 11th June at The Clayton Hotel, Glasgow.
Now in its 9th year, the conference is the largest dedicated Mobility as a Service event in the UK, bringing together leaders, innovators, policymakers and practitioners from across the transport and mobility ecosystem to explore the future of MaaS in Scotland and beyond.
This year’s event will build on the MaaS Roadmap for Scotland, published in 2025, and will focus on progress against its key interventions, supported by the forthcoming MaaS Working Group, chaired by Transport Scotland. Sessions will explore priority areas including policy and regulation, business models, user-centred design, environmental and social impact, and behaviour change.
The programme features keynote insights, panel discussions and collaborative workshop sessions designed to foster open dialogue on how MaaS can support Scotland’s wider ambitions around decarbonisation, accessibility, economic growth and inclusive transport systems.
Confirmed speakers include representatives from Transport Scotland, the Department for Transport, the National Smart Ticketing Advisory Board, First Bus, FAIRTIQ, Hitachi Rail, Siemens Mobility, ITS UK, SEStran, TravelAi, Worldline, Gooii TX, You. Smart. Thing. and the National Quantum Computing Centre.
The day will include discussion sessions on seamless travel and ticketing, public-private collaboration in integrated transport, and the future of smart technology in mobility. Delegates will also have the opportunity to take part in workshops focused on shaping a national guide for MaaS in Scotland and developing a national MaaS evaluation framework.
Following the conference, attendees are invited to continue the conversation at an evening drinks reception and dinner, providing a more informal opportunity to make new connections, share ideas and build collaboration across the sector.
With just two weeks to go, now is the time to secure your place at the MaaS Scotland Annual Conference and Dinner 2026.
