16th January | SCOT Conference | Met with student representatives organising the inaugural SCOT Conference which is taking place in St. Andrews in April ’24. |
16th January | ESA Harmonisation Mapping | Joined webinar to learn more about the ESA Harmonisation Mapping process. |
17th January | Photonics Roundtable Debrief | Met with representatives from University of Strathclyde to discuss the outcomes from the AMIDS Photonics Workshop which was held in December ’23. |
17th January | MaaS Scotland Steering Board Meeting | Regular quarterly meeting of the MaaS Scotland advisory group. |
23rd January | Equate Scotland EDI Workshop | Together with Opening up Photonics partners, attended Equate Scotland training workshop focussed on delivering diversity within Scotland’s photonics sector. |
24th January | MaaS Scotland Special Interest Group – Behavioural Change | With guest speaker – Emma Maier of Hitachi Europe and Goldsmith’s University. |
25th January | ConceptionX DeepTech mixer | Attended networking event bringing together Scotland best DeepTech entrepreneurial talent. |
27th – 31st January | SPIE Photonics West | Attended Photonics West to represent the Scottish cluster and promote organisations and capabilities. |
30th January | Meeting with NPL partners | Discussed joint upcoming activity in quantum technologies being delivered across 12th/13th March. |
31st January | MaaS Scotland Special Interest Group – Evaluation Processes | With guest presenter – Marcus Merry, Solent Transport. |
31st Janaury | Transport Scotland – MaaS Working Group | Attended quarterly meeting of MIF Working Group supporting Scotland’s MaaS programme. |
