Technology Scotland recently caught up with our member, Locators, for our Member Spotlight series. We find out about who Locators are, what they do, and much more! Take a look below and get to know them.

What Does Your Organisation Do?

Locators (www.locatorsrelo.com) was established in Scotland in 1991, delivering a relocation service for companies moving personnel and their families into the country, finding them great places to live, schools for their children and developing social networks.

Our business was built on the success of Silicon Glen. Our first client was Motorola.

We provide a “look see service”, home and school searches and a settling in service to help new arrivals integrate into their new environment and to make the most of their time in Scotland.

The service is personal and tailored to individual or family requirements, with consultants based within the local community.

Tell us something exciting about your organisation

We also have a team and a great service in Ireland.  While Ireland is busy for relocation, in the last year we have seen a significant increase in people being relocated to Scotland, particularly in the technology sector.  With it is thriving Universities, technology hubs, and fabulous places to live, Scotland is on its way back as a destiny of choice for inward investment.

What are you looking for going forward?

We have worked with and supported businesses in the Technology Sector for more than 30 years through good and difficult times. We wish to make moving to and living in Scotland an enjoyable experience so that those leading or working for the Technology Sector want to make Scotland their home.
