Snapper are supporting a small piece of user research to understand the real day‑to‑day workflow of people involved in planning, adjusting, and managing public transport timetables.

The goal is simply to learn – not to sell and your perspective would be incredibly valuable in helping us understand what matters most to you and your team.

The focus is on what a typical day or week looks like, which tasks and decisions matter most, how “efficiency” is understood in practice, and where avoidable friction or inefficiencies arise.

Participation involves an informal 30–45 minute conversation, scheduled around operational constraints and time zones, with no preparation required.
