Job Purpose
Responsible for the identification, development and implementation of new industrial and collaborative Knowledge Exchange (KE) opportunities for one of the following research themes based in the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Glasgow.
Up to three IAA KE Associates will be appointed. Each Associate will be dedicated to one of the following themes:
- 5G and applications
- Electronic Systems Design
- Healthcare technologies and medical engineering
- Industrial Biotechnology
- Robotics
- Semiconductor photonics; systems, devices and materials
The main focus of the work will comprise of identifying new external partners and developing relationships that lead to new collaborative activities based on Engineering and EPSRC funded research.
The aim of the role is to deliver impact through knowledge exchange by facilitating relationships between the University, industry and other external organisations.
