MaaS Scotland Special Interest Group: Evaluation Processes and Frameworks

This session will share the key discussions, insights and findings from the recent MaaS Scotland Annual Conference workshop on Evaluation Frameworks.

We will begin by exploring the DfT Code of Practice through the lens of evaluation, alongside examples of international approaches and other relevant evaluation tools and frameworks.

The session will then focus on the outcomes of the Annual Conference workshop, including the key themes and priorities identified by participants. We will conclude with a discussion around proposed co-produced wording for inclusion in both a future Scotland MaaS Code of Practice and a National MaaS Evaluation Framework.
