Workforce of the Future: Attracting, Understanding and Retaining Talent

When: Thursday 20 September, 8am – 10am
Where: Cirrus Logic, Edinburgh

With Corporate Sponsors, Enigma People Solutions and Scintilla IP.

We are experiencing a fundamental transition in the way we work. Thanks to advances in technology, booming skills demand, and changing demographics and social values, competition for talent is fierce. Coupled with that, the personal expectations of those entering the workforce today have radically disrupted business models, changing where, when and how work is done.

With the pace of change accelerating faster than ever before, how can employers embrace the future of work? What needs to be done to prepare for an exciting but undefined future? And how can companies attract, understand, and retain the people they need?

In this morning workshop, attendees will hear from three experts working in the field of talent recruitment and HR. Each speaker has extensive hands-on experience with helping companies to find and retain the best talent, and to embrace the future of work for a more adaptable, relevant and motivated workforce.
