Carefully curated speakers will help ignite discussion, workshops following the events will then further investigate opportunities borne out of discussions.

001 – Physical Digital Convergence

Our first event takes the theme of “Physical Digital Convergence”. With the lines between analogue and digital, computer and human being ever more blurred we’ve brought together some insprational speakers from within the space to help spark discussion and collaboration.

Speakers:

Brendan Dawes – Brendan is an artist and designer exploring the interaction of objects, people, art and technology using an eclectic mix of analogue and digital materials. http://www.brendandawes.com

Nick Noble – Nick is Strategic Lead at IBM Watson Marketing, in support of Acoustic, the automation platform that uses AI to augment the user experience. A design thinking practitioner and ex-graduate of GSA. https://acoustic.co

Workshops

Each ticket to the event will allow you to sign up to free follow on design thinking workshops to help investigate potential creative/tech projects under the umbrella of the theme.

Attendees will be given the chance to vote for workshop themes on the night with sign up opening once the vote has been counted – be quick as spaces will be limited.
